Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for an AI Engineer who loves combining hands-on coding with AI innovation. You’ll dive into RAG pipelines, design chunking strategies that actually make sense, and orchestrate multi-agent setups that don’t collapse under real-world pressure.

This isn’t just about theory — it’s about building real, production-ready systems that work now (not just in research papers).

Rijeka (office) • hybrid or remote

You might be the one if you:

• Have experience developing RAG-based and conversational AI systems
• Can design and optimize document chunking strategies that improve precision and performance
• Are confident in Python and Java — and write code that your future self would thank you for
• Understand vector search, retrieval algorithms, and how to make them actually useful in production
• You're great at spotting performance issues and know exactly how to debug and tune things up.
• Stay curious about the latest in LLMs, multi-agent architectures (hello LangGraph), and conversational AI tools
• Have 3–5 years of experience in development

Bonus points if you:

• Have played with LoRA, prompt tuning, quantization, or other LLM fine-tuning tricks
• Know how to explain complex AI systems to a teammate over coffee without losing them
• Are the kind of person who reads new research for fun

What You’ll Be Doing

• Enhancing our AI-powered chatbots with strong retrieval and reasoning capabilities
• Designing and optimizing RAG pipelines to improve contextual accuracy and relevance
• Creating smart chunking strategies to enable efficient, precise document retrieval
• Building and orchestrating multi-agent workflows (yep, LangGraph included)
• Monitoring system performance, squashing latency bugs, and boosting reliability
• Collaborating across teams to plug your AI magic into real-world products
• Bringing fresh research and tools into our tech stack
